Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, so please call/text to make an appointment in advance.
We ask that student athletes arrive 5-10 minutes before scheduled training in full equipment and ready to go, as sessions are set up to utlize every minute to better prepare your athlete. Please keep in mind that other sessions may follow yours so we cannot allow sessions to run over their allotted time frame.
